We are extremely grateful and satisfied to have Scott, Dave, and Mark on our team at this phase of the build. They are all knowledgeable and extremely helpful on answering questions and problem solving. Scott goes above and beyond to give insight and solve any problems. We could not be more pleased at this phase of the build.
Excellent communication during the process, from initial appointment with sales consultant Steve (Greenfield office) to closing. House was constructed within the 5 month windows initially estimated (4 months, 5 days). I highly encourage any 1st-time home builders to contact TK as to initiating this process. I believe I stated "pricy", however, with the quality of construction, performed during the hottest part of the year, within the estimated time frame-and earlier than that-, coupled with my family and my happiness at the end result, is WELL WORTH IT!
Did not care for sales person. Felt rushed to make decisions. After visiting the show room decided to look very close at all reviews online.. Did not care for so many negative reviews online. Decided to find another company to deal with. Had a much better experience so far with Hallmark Homes of Kokomo. Davis Homes in Lebanon was also very helpful and welcoming, however we found we were just outside of there build area.
Scott walked me through the process with detail. He took the time to answer all my questions.
He is great to work with. Very helpful!!
