I spoke with Tara. She was very knowledgeable and helpful compared to the 2 other companies I spoke with prior to TKO. Her knowledge and helpfulness ultimately pulled me to go with TKO. My Master Plumber was John. He executed the job as a skilled Master would. He was very respectful and professional over the phone. He cleaned up after he was finished and besides my new water heater you couldn't even tell he had been in my garage. Thank you Tara and John for your help and professionalism.

We had a huge slab leak happen last week and Thorsten came out as soon as possible to help us identify where the leak was coming from. It was our master bathroom shower, so he re-did all the plumbing for it in a quick and timely manner and got our water working again! We will definitely be using TKO again now that we have to do a bathroom renovation as well!! Thanks TKO!
