Please do not do business with this company. I am relieved that we purchased only one piece of equipment, and this will absolutely be our last purchase from TLA Inc. The sales representative (Kirk — whatever his title is) was extremely unprofessional. In 2021, I assisted my customer with purchasing and setting up a laundromat Hamilton boiler system. The vendor was introduced through my supplier (Ferguson). The sales process was acceptable up until the first startup. At that time, we discussed and confirmed a 5-year warranty. About 1.5 years later, the first failure occurred — a leak at the flow switch itself. I contacted them regarding troubleshooting and the warranty process. The response was very slow, and the troubleshooting requests were unusual and felt like they were trying to avo

Doesn't help worth a lick when a six month old $3,000 pump leaks. Just wants to supply parts to field rebuild... dont recommend not great customer service
