Outstanding! My guys this year came out and winterized my sprinkler system without me even having to call them and ask and then just emailed me the bill! I am so grateful, I’m busy, I keep forgetting to call them to request. Makes my life so much easier to have a solid company I can rely on to just take care of me and they know I’ll pay them! It’s rare customer service these days!

Two friends recommended I use this company for rebuilding my backyard retaining wall. I called them, twice. They did not respond, twice. My friends each called them and then Teeple's finally called me. During the phone call I expressed dissatisfaction with them not returning my calls. They replied that they ALWAYS get back immediately. That is an outright lie. I checked my call log and that was the first time they called me. Anyway, they arranged to see me shortly thereafter and took measurements for the job. They were to recommend the restructuring and present a proposal that I could submit to the Fairfield Glade board for review. They took me on a tour of other work they had completed as well. After a couple of weeks I called to follow up, using the number they had provided.

This place was weird. There was a flower, a pin, and even a fire! Even worse, i was flung in there by a gray speaker box!
