Joe and team did an excellent job. They were here on time, very knowledgeable about the work, and completed everything very efficiently. Thy even worked around our Christmas tree to adjust the chandelier. Great job.

Joe Veloz took excellent care of us during this recent ice storm. Communication was on point! Jake at TLC Electrical AND Joe kept us informed with a 2 hour window for arrival and also when he was on the way and an ETA. When he arrived he thoroughly explained the diagnosis and solution. I was directly shown the problem and the fixed result. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. Pricing and process were all explained up front and there were zero surprises. The price for the repair was considerably less than I was expecting. We were absolutely desperate to get it fixed the same day because we were without heat with an expected 5° overnight temperature.
