Martens and crew rebuilt my bathroom from the ground up. I let my bathroom go to rack and ruin. Marteen and his crew defied my expectations and built me a bathroom thar was beyond my dreams. I thought that the experience was going to be intolerable, but Marteen and hus crew made the whole thing bearable dare I say pleasant. I would recommend TLC Flooring so much that I may hire him for another job. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars

Martin is very good excellent customer service. He came over to my home he measured my basement to install the wood floor he also helped me out to finance and also i ordered 14 boxes of wood floors from my brother from new York and the truck came to my home in CT to deliver the truck driver only unload on the grass but Martin and his employee helped me out to put each and every 14 boxes which are very very heavy put down in the basement so I am very very happy with this company TLC FLOORING IN NORWICH, CT and Martin as well

They did an excellent job and cost much less than others had quoted us. We pulled up a carpet and found hardwood but it was a mess. They repaired it and it looks awesome.

I hired TLC flooring to tile a bathroom tub surround and the bathroom floor . I wasn’t overly impressed with the quality but , Marteen responded when nobody else did. I have recently reached back out . I have a smaller job I would have liked him to quote . but he has ignored my emails after finding out that it was a smaller job . I also have another larger bathroom project I would have called him for . I will no longer call them for any jobs . All he had to do was be up front instead of wasting my time . And now I’m being ghosted . Doesn’t seem like a great way to retain clients .

I try to never post bad reviews but do not use TLC Flooring out of Norwich. They are insanely unprofessional and do not do timely or quality work. They will also leave a huge mess behind and possibly even displace your family and animals for DAYS like they did to us. We took out our own tile in our kitchen and needed someone to come put in new flooring there and at the bottom of our stairs. We also needed our floors buffed and polyurethaned. The workers came and did the first days of work. They blasted their music so loud I couldn’t even hear my OWN music that I listen to while I get ready every morning. They urinated in the toilets and ON the toilet and floor and left the toilet seats up. When we addressed it to the owner he said “oh you know. They’re European” as If that makes sense….our
