This team was very knowledgeable when we entered the showroom. Gave us a free estimate which was timely and very fairly priced. Carpet order took about a week and it was installed immediately upon arrival. Their team of installers was professional and quick. Highly recommend this company if you want a beautiful carpeting job done.

I worked with Ramin who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and the flooring is great. Work was done quickly, however there was a lot of paint damage from removing the original base boards in different areas. Also the new baseboards installed have a lot of nail holes and some areas nail heads sticking out or staples and none of the door jams were replaced. On the stairs, more of the same. Where they had to remove old baseboards and also cut into wall for new flooring there was damage and the repair attempt subpar unfortunately. Lastly on one of the door frames the undercut was very high and looked unsightly (some of the other door frames still have high undercut and some damage but more tolerable), I showed Ramin who had the door frame replaced but at added cost. Ron completely messed up my flooring order. He claimed I didn’t want carpet in rooms I actually did want carpeted, so large areas weren’t installed. I was charged as if my whole upstairs would be done, but only a den and staircase were carpeted. When I pointed out the mistake, I was yelled at instead of offered a solution. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I had been all over looking for flooring by the time I got to them. After speaking to Ron for approximately 10 minutes describing what I wanted…he pulled out a couple of samples and like magic…I had the flooring I wanted!
