As the manager of multiple properties, TLC is by far the best contractor I work with. Communication is top notch, they are usually on it before I even ask the question... TLC develops a knowledge of the property and anticipates needs. Whenever there is an issue, they are responsive, take care of it and follow up. I wish I could have them on all the properties I manage!
TLC reponded immediately and very skillfully when a tree had fallen on our house during a recent storm. I will call upon them again. Thank you, TLC. .
