The TLS team did a great job at providing an estimate, scheduling, and sending a text message before their arrival. They provided photos before and after to let me see how everything looks, meeting the requirements and level I selected. I recommend them and would use them again if needed.

I'm fully satisfied with the service. Got the attic insulated with blow-in insulation. The guys made photos before and after putting the insulation, used rulers to be sure that thickness is sufficient. Cleaned up afterwards. Provided very professional and neat service

Easy and straight forward process from estimate to completion. We received several quotes, and TLS was the only one that made mention of and made sure we got the Duke energy rebate, saving us a couple hundred. Not a big savings but just the idea of mentioning this when no-one else did was great customer care on their part. Installation crew was very nice and got right to work, showed photos of the completion and made sure we were satisfied with the results. Thank you!

On the day of the appointment I received notice that the technician was on the way. Kyle arrived on time and provided an estimate including the FPL rebate. I had estimates from other companies and chose TLS based on price and convenience. I was able to book an appointment for the project within 2 weeks. The technicians Billy and Peter arrived on time and finished the job within 2 hours. They explained what they were doing, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves.
