I called TM Brennan in a state of panic on a holiday weekend. They were so kind and sent a technician out the next day. The technician fixed the problem with my air conditioner with a smile on his face. It is hard to find a company that cares so much about their customers. Let's start with Melissa who answered my call. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I felt like I called a business with employees who were trained to talk to customers and not just schedule a maintenance call. She knew her stuff. When the technician arrived he didn't say you need more refrigerant or a new unit like the person before him did. He actually looked at the inside unit and uncovered the real issue! It was my circuit board. He also noticed that my drain pipe needed to be cleared. The previous tech didn't even notice water all over the place. I live in Crystal and they are local. Anyone in the area give them a call.

TM Brennan sent a person to my home to do an estimate through Home Depot and damaged my ceiling by stepping through the attic. Afterward when I tried to address with TM Brennan and Home Depot, they denied any wrongdoing and refused to even address the issue. I would not recommend doing business with TM Brennan ever and would highly suggest not using Home Depot's MyInstall service for estimates or services work as neither will address the issue which in the end is probably a $500 to $1,000 fix.

After calling several other companies to look at my A/C which was not working and having one person come to say they don't fix the brand I have, a representative came and gave me 3 options to have done to get the central air working. We had a new system put in and the workmen were polite, professional, knowledgeable and left everything clean when they finished. The office staff was friendly as well.

TM Brennan Service sent Technician Luke for our heating repair. He was Professional, Very Responsiveness to our questions and excellent worked performed. Thank you for the job well done.
