T&M Landscaping

I'm not impressed. I have a ~2.5-year-old 30" Toro TwinMaster (twin blade walk-behind mower) with suspected bad blade drive belt(s). I called for Service (since T&M is listed as a dealer, service for Toro), and not being able to speak with anyone, I left a message. After a day and a half with no return call, the mower is now at a shop up in the Springs—one that I found having really good service and sales reviews, and very congenial and welcoming to work with.

Please read reviews before chosing this business, I certainly should have. I wish I had been one of the seven people who received five star service but alas I got the one star service that most people got. I took my backup generator to T& M in August to be checked out for use this winter. I called several times and I was told that they were waiting on a part. Also on a couple of occasions I was told they would call back (which they never did). Finally, I went to retrieve my generator and found that it was not fully together and I would need to return in a couple of weeks. Was told that another piece of equipment they had in for repair it took them 8 months to get the parts to do the job (like that was to make me feel better). I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I was so mistaken. Called for the initial appointment and the next day, the owner of the business, Terry, came out. Said he would have an estimate for me the next day. A week and a half later of calling daily and checking in, still no estimate on my yard. He talked me into having my sprinkler system looked at even though I told him I could not afford a new system. He assured me that his guys were the best and would be able to find a fix to make things better until we could redo the whole system. His guys came out and estimated almost double the price the owner told us. They refused to break down the estimate into parts vs labor which is always a red flag for me. I have asked for Terry to call me and to follow up and nothing. Need

I paid $1,400 for back yard sod and about 5 feet of dried sod was laid!! They come 11 days later to look at it after I had been watering it 3 times a day with extra water, work and stress!! He came and said it is getting green keep watering it and I will check in a couple of months!! Also I paid to have area cleaned up and they just threw in in a corner of my yard I had paid to clean up!! I am 75 years old and that is shameful for them to treat me like that!! I am so dissatisfied with their work!!!

Make sure you call them because after they complete the repair they'll keep you waiting till you call and ask.
