TM&F Lawns, owned by Tony Alagenchev, scammed our Oak Creek HOA in Arlington. Instead of properly disposing cut tree limbs from our complex, its workers dumped them on the adjacent vacant land. They also cut trees in the complex, unnecessarily in my opinion, then carried off the neatly cut wood in their personal truck. This company even used our HOA community dumpster to dispose of debris from its OUTSIDE jobs. DO NOT use this unethical company.

I cannot say enough about TMF Lawns!! I found them on home advisor, after having a lawn service at our townhouse complex that was subpar. The owner Tony, is easy to work with and communicates frequently with his clients. He has 2 men that service our property, that as he said in the beginning, work like 6 men. They work a full day and never miss anything. We have had them now for several months and not once, have I had to call and ask them to return and do something that wasn’t done. If weather interrupts their work, they come back on their own and finish the job. Our complex has never looked better. We greatly appreciate the diligence by which they do their work and the professional exhibited by his employees. We are fortunate to have found TMF Lawns, if I could rate them with 10 stars,
