My dryer is now drying in much less time, and I feel safe knowing the vent and rear of the dryer are clear of buildup. Tom is personable and professional. Thomas was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. Without any pressure, he explained my options: clean the existing dryer vent, or replace it with a better setup: improved angles, better materials. I love data, and Thomas measured the airflow through my duct before and after the work. He achieved a 10x improvement in airflow, and as a result, my clothes will now dry in about 1/6 of the time it used to take. He also left my laundry area cleaner than he found it.
