Very helpful in finding the parts you need to repair any type of plumbing fixture. I do mean ANY. They are patient and helpful with a homeowner looking to make a repair and have the experise to help a Pro. They could do better with keeping regular itema in stock. It seems on every trip there is at least one common item that is out of stock. Last time i was there they had no one inch tees or one and a half inch ells. PVC.

These guys are the go-to for residential and commercial plumbing repair parts, fixtures, and more. You can even email pics of the parts you need to replace for them to check stock or order for you. The folks at the city counter know their stuff and are super helpful. We are blessed to have one of only three locations in the country!

Great service! I needed a couple 1/2" rubber gaskets for a leaking pot filler, didn't charge me for them and recommended blue monster pipe dope. No more leak! Great guys to do business with.

Went to Lowe’s to find a piece I needed to replace the handle in my shower, the employee told me what steps I needed to replace it but couldn’t tell from the picture I had exactly what piece I needed. A plumber overheard the convo, told me to go to TMS South. Jeremy did everything he could to find me what I needed, he did his research and told me this is the closest I can get without having any other info besides the picture and handle I took. Plumber was able to install it easily and it was the perfect fit, thank you Jeremy!
