TN Bowes is in my opinion the only company in the Southern Maryland area to use. Out here promptly and my unit, under warranty, needs parts and they were ordered day of service. They try to send the same technician which is just fantastic, I will never use another company and I am very picky

Great service! Brenda was wonderful at scheduling our appointment quickly. The serviceman, Tommy, was very professional and knew what he was doing. He located the problem, fixed it and helped to alleviate a future problem by filling our geo loops to the correct pressure for a more efficient performance of our unit. I am very pleased with T.N. Bowes. As a previous part owner of Potter Heating & Electric, Inc. It is good to know they are taking care of their customers including the ones that use to be ours. I would highly recommend them!

Oil burner back running great. Super tech polite and informative. Awesome company.

Nearly a month of back and forth getting different techs out here, $2,000 poorer for it, and our system is still not fixed. The last tech also didn't shut a door all the way so our senior dog got out during a thunderstorm. A lot of stress and anxiety and money for no positive result.

I needed a new HVAC unit to replace a 25 year old one. An estimator arrived at my house within 20 minutes. He was thorough and asked many questions. The quote was received the next day and it was quite reasonable. I was able to schedule within one (1) week. The crew arrived on the scheduled day and were on time. They were organized and very methodical. When work was complete, job clean-up was exceptional. I was charged exactly what the estimate stated and there were no up-charges. This company genuinely cares about their work and my home. I highly recommend Potter Heating & Electric and would use them again.
