I called Phil at 6am on a Sunday because our heat pump stopped working entirely the night before. Phil called me back within minutes, and said he could be at my house within the hour. He arrived promptly, and diagnosed the issues quickly. He was super friendly, fast and efficient, and fair pricing. He explained everything in detail, as well as writing it all out for us, and took photos. Will definitely be using him in the future!

Phil Harris with TN Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job troubleshooting my heat pump when it stopped working. He was knowledgeable, methodical, and clearly experienced. He took the time to explain what he was checking and why, which I really appreciated. Best of all, he was able to diagnose the issue and get everything running again without replacing any parts. Another big plus: he said he’d be at my place at 9:00 a.m., and he was right on time. That kind of punctuality is rare with a lot of home service contractors, and it made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Fair pricing, excellent service, and great communication. Phil was awesome! My mom had used him previously and loved him. My unit quit working and he tried to guide me over the phone. It didn’t work, so he came over while he was sick and fixed it! Very nice and very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Phil was awesome! He really knows his stuff and had me chuckling the whole time! We wanted a " WiFi thermostat" that was easy to use. Very professional and courteous! Explains things in " laymens terms". We will be using him in the future for all our services!
