Dmitry and his team member, Danil, did a fabulous job with the demolition and repair of our apartment following a water heater leak. They did a ton of excellent work, including tile installation on the entire first floor. The work was extremely high quality. They demonstrate a very high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to do excellent work. They were also very kind and did their best to minimize the impact on us during this stressful situation. I am very grateful for their work, and a I highly recommend working with them! Suddenly finding myself in need of someone to clean and seal the 20+ year old grout throughout my condo in just a 3-day holiday weekend. I found Tokarev Building Services online, read positive reviews and contacted owner Dmytro Thursday night. He met me on Friday morning, gave me a fair price, and I returned on Tuesday to beautifully clean grout that didn’t absorb water. Promises kept!
