Don’t buy anything from here. Very rude and lie. We bought a 75 gallon water heater. Discussed price and everything on the phone with guy name Ross I asked him how much delivery fees will be and he said hold on let me ask my boss . Than he said since you are our old customer don’t worry about it. Than driver came to deliver start jumping all over. Since we told to minus 80 as per talk. He was so rude and high on drug or something. Call and talked to boss man He was the Rudest. Never. Giving him anymore business.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My husband and I have purchased many items from here. This was our go to supply store, even after we moved two hours away. On this particular sale. I ordered two special order faucets and a standing tub faucet unit. I need them by a certain date which I told the sales person Bryant. He did mention he would have to put order in once he was ready for a store order. I was okay with that and I understood. I called to check the delivery date two weeks later to find out he had just placed the order the day before. I was not happy to hear this since I needed at least the faucet handles for a big inspect. Since Bryant had literally just ordered the items I wanted to cancel one of the faucet handles and I ended up buying another that I was able to find locally. I called Bryant and told him to cance

Hands down the best plumbing store I've been to. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and kind. They have helped me fix plenty of plumbing issues I have come up against. You can even call ahead if you know exactly what you need to pick up.
