Where do I even start with this amazing company. My daughter Jessica had to get a new furnace and a new air unit. They came in with the best price !!! So some people would say it was probably bad service or terrible janky units for the price NEGATIVE absolutely the best service I have seen in a long time. These workers worked so hard from 8am till 630 pm making sure everything was perfect!! Other service won't say there names 🤔 said we needed so much crap including insulation. Tolberts said not at all !!! Please please go to them before trying anyone else it will be worth your time. I 100% know you will be satisfied with there product and service. They also repair units to . Ohhh and there clean up afterwards was spotless. Hands down use Tolbert's Heating & cooling .

Can’t recommend enough. They’ll do you right every time. They replaced my entire system in a day and a half and provided window units so that it wouldn’t get too hot and everyone of the guys is nice and professional.

Tolbert’s heating and cooling came in half the price as one of the big names around here for a mini split. A year later it’s still working perfectly. Then more recently my main unit quit working and within 2 hours of calling I was back up and cooling and it was less than $150 for the repair/parts and service call. I highly recommend them!

The UM Disaster Relief Warehouse is a non profit located here in Decatur AL. Tolberts Heating and Cooling has taken care of our heating and cooling needs for several years. This company is always professional, prompt to respond and courteous! Recently we needed our central unit repaired at the warehouse. Pedro quickly arrived on site and took care of the repair.
