Amazing guys they installed a new water heater in our duplex the technician was super chill and they do really high quality work, not many people go the extra length to use both pipe tape and pipe dope to seal things they seriously do high quality work and the new water heater works great.

Told Plumbing is an honest company! I had problems with my sump pump in the basement and had another plumbing company out and without really looking at it too much they told me I needed a new one and quoted me super high. I talked to Jon at Told Plumbing and he said he would have Kelly come out and look at it and if it needed to be replaced they quoted me way lower than the estimate from the other company. Kelly came out and took a look and told me it was just backed up and he cleaned it out and got it back to working condition. If i have any other plumbing problems I'm going back to Told! Kelly and Jon are awesome!

Fast and quality service from my initial call to the end of service. Kelly came to our house today and as scheduled and did a fantastic job. Helping us with the dishwasher, the master shower, the water filter and a toilet. He knew how to solve every issue and was very professional. Very happy either way the service.

Update! After my original review told plumbing reached out and apologize and said that it was a training error and they wanted to make things right so they did refund me back to the original amount discussed on the phone. Took a lot for them to do this, which is why I went from one star to three. Completely dishonest! Scheduled to have them come and jet out the main sewer line. Was given pricing per hour and was told I would have a 15 minute heads up call before they showed up. Came home from work to see them already in front of the house before our scheduled time just standing there and they started working when I showed up.
