Horrible place for service, won't help you out, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out most of these machines but they won't help you at all. Don't have parts in stock ridiculous service department, you'll be lucky if they even help you with a manufacturer warranty. Happy to show up and charge you 150 bucks though. just the truth!

The staff was extremely helpful when I went to buy a part for my washing machine. I left with the correct part and technical help on best way to install it.. counter salesman and the lady in the office were super helpful. DIY nightmare turned to a successful repair.

Great people , found them when I was in need for a part and they pulled through with having it in stock. Easy to talk to, felt like the old ma and pa stores used to. Thank you God Bless

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't find the model number for my oven, but it wasnt an issue. The older gentlemen got me taken care of and out the door in about 5 minutes. Sure i paid a little more than i would have online, but i like support local, plus its the price of convenience. Wasnt even that much more. Will shop here again.

Very pleased with them. Gene was very helpful, above and beyond all expectations. Need your washer fixed; just call them. It would have been cheaper than my misdiagnosis and a whole lot quicker too.
