This is a true story- I have to say that bc this is pretty unbelievable. Previous to having Scott come to my house, I had 2 different people out who owned their own companies. They both told me I needed a new compressor, which means a new unit. There were red flags with both people that led me to believe I couldn't trust what they were saying. The 1st person actually damaged it so it wouldn't work. The 2nd person, after glancing at the unit, started to tell me that the 1st guy had damaged it, then switched it up. He told me I needed a new unit, it would be 4500$ and I absolutely had to get it done now bc next year it would be 10,000$. Our furnace went out on a Saturday on one of the coldest days of the year. They were at our house within 2 hours and went all the way across town to get the pet we needed. EXCELLENT service and great price (much less than competitors). This is also the 2nd time we've used them and will go to them again in the future.
