I had an amazing experience with TTK. 5 stars isn’t enough! Very professional employees from scheduling the visit to the technician completing the labor. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and the parts used are of high quality just as the skilled technicians work. My family is very pleased to have such a warm home during these cold times. I will definitely use TTK for my HVAC needs every time moving forward!!

I was not told whether or not there would be a charge for the part since it "should be under warranty". The technician arrived in a personal vehicle with a different business name on it and only informed me after coming inside that he "didn't think" the labor was covered under warranty. The part was covered but he only told me AFTER he started working that there would be not only a labor charge, but a service call charge which was never mentioned to me until then. The whole job cost more than the part which I could have installed which wouldn't have affected the warranty that wasn't covering me anyway. Unprofessional, expensive, and downright shady. I won't be calling again. Edit: I did call again because the control board failed again in less than three months. After talking to some HVAC

From start to finish, we had nothing but a Great experience with this company. From communication, answering our questions/concerns. Professionalism on the job site. Starting work on schedule. And most importantly to me, their clean up was beyond what was expected. Thanks for a great job at our commercial building.

My central air unit froze and James came out to look at it. He came really fast and fixed it the unit. He was friendly, fast and efficient. I highly recommend this company and James.
