They came to my house after my plumber said to have them determine if the mainline pipe from the city was blocked and all the two men did was stare down the corner street runoff drain and say it’s not their job to run a snake through the pipe until my plumber determines it on the city’s side. Then the man Mark called me back and admonished me for calling Engage Toledo for reporting this issue telling me it isn’t allowed for me to call them that only the plumber can call. The plumber called and the Toledo Sewer department never called the plumber back. Then he bullied the plumber because he wanted me to ensure he was licensed by the city of Toledo. The foreman and Mark took 2 hours staring at the drain and argued with me that it’s not their job to check the mainline pipe.
