Huge tree fell on our house and this tree company took full advantage of our situation. This is my back yard and neighboring property (work done without their consent, huge dug out hole, debri pushed back on their property from ours). Just don’t do it. Biggest mistake I made as a new homeowner was trusting this company to do honest work.

I sent an email to Toler Tree Service early in the morning (around 7am). Daniel almost immediately called me and I explained the situation. My granddaughters cat was stuck in a tree and had been there all night. She was too scared to come down. He said he would be at my house in a few minutes, and he was. Daniel and his crew leader, Scout; agreed they needed to go get the bucket truck for the rescue. They returned within 15 minutes and Daniel had the cat safely in his arms in no time. We also ask him to look at our trees (we have 15 huge trees) to see what we needed done. We have a plan, they will be back to shape them up. I am so thankful they came to our cats rescue, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find anyone willing to do it. They were both very nice.

Can’t begin to tell you how pleased we were with Toler Tree Service. They were prompt and courteous and very reasonable. Ours was not an easy job, but their work was excellent. They did a great job cleaning up as they worked. We highly recommend them.

Called Daniel after a coincidental meeting in a store, he came out and gave me an estimate to clear some low hanging branches. I approved of the cost and let him begin. The great thing is he not only trimmed the trees but performed a great inspection on the trees while doing his work and found one of my trees had core rot and would have certainly fell on my home. He gave me a great price and downed a huge tree safely within 10 feet of my home. Stayed on the job and got it done for the agreed price even though it took longer than he had thought. I will be using him from here on out!
