If I could give this joke of a company a minus score I would. I have recently become president of an HOA. This company have taken $8000 a year for many years from us for regular preventative maintenance for our HVAC and heating. When I asked for records of maintenance these took weeks and multiple emails to receive and when received had absolutely no detail ‘PM incomplete’ was what was shown on many reports, no completed checklists at all. We have just had another contractor complete a full assessment of our heating prior to winter switch on and have had an opinion that two of our three boilers haven’t worked for years and have suffered from chronic lack of maintenance (possibly $50k of repairs to get them functional again due to lack of greasing and worn bearings amongst a plethora of oth

Please tell whoever is driving your company marked vehicle number 449 to stop endangering people's lives on the highway. This person is driving way too fast, swerving in and out of lanes when there is no space to do so, and riding other car's bumpers. This type of aggressive driving is unacceptable, especially when you're representing a company

I did not use them because they were rude and obnoxious on the phone...they are charging for this. When we work hard for our money, and we give them an opportunity to get some of it, you would think they would appreciate it. No, we work for them, apparently. We are lucky if they allow us to give them our money. oh, and if you're a person, forget it! They like corporate robots only.

Jose Milan at Tolin is not only was a courteous driver, letting me into busy traffic, but he also saw the wallet slide off the roof of my car that I had forgotten up there from a gas station pit stop. He then drove to my house and returned it. My neighbors had great kind words to say about him when he ringed and I wasn't home. I have hard time thinking of a more professional and genuinely honest person, and I am certain he represents the company's values. I'll be using them next time I need HVAC.

RUN. RUN the other way. Oh my, RUN. Our building was given a clean bill of health pre-disaster of a situation. Professionals have now come in to repair 6+ years of “up keep” aka “we will take your money, and put tape and sheet metal over the problem instead or fixing it and hope we don’t get caught”
