Dan was great at explaining my options on washers and dryers. Fixed my old Whirlpool washer in the estimated time and cost. Repaired my over range microwave a few weeks before. Great service !

I had a frustrating experience with this appliance repair service. After scheduling an appointment, the technician failed to show up without any notice or showed up an hour before his time scheduled with no one available. I tried reaching out multiple times for updates, but communication was non-existent. When he finally did arrive days later, he seemed disinterested and rushed, leaving without resolving the issue. Once I called to say it was leaking and not working, he wanted me to pay ANOTHER service charge when he never fixed the issue to begin with. I had to figure out to repair my ice maker myself. I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable help. Save your time and money!

I called and left a voice mail, call was returned the next business day. Set up an appointment to have my washer looked at. Communication was great. Received a call when they were 15 min away. The part was ordered on a Tuesday and installed on Friday morning. Excellent service!

Home depot selected this as my repair company for my warranty. The guy showed up on the wrong day. My wife noticed a broken piece and pointed it out to him. He was supposed to order and come back out to repair. 2 weeks later I called home depot after 4 failed attempts to reach Toller only to find out they knew nothing about the damaged part and they weren't notified of a follow up. Left me with a leaking dishwasher for over 3 weeks telling my wife just run with a towel in front of it. Complete waste of time and effort would never allow them back in my house.
