Tom Adams Windows & Carpets

So the experience started out great with my initail phone call to the Doylestown show room. They offered to meet me there on a Sunday to look at storm doors, normally they are closed on Sundays. Very nice! Time constraints for work, so I set up an appointment with the sales department to come to my home. Matt Boyce was my salesman. He met me in August at my house. I was very very specific about the drop down screen not obstructing my view. A door choice was made. 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Down-payment made. Next came the installation crew needed to come out to measure. I was put off once, twice and Eric finally made it out here a month later 9-12-2025. We replaced our front entry double doors with sidelights. 1- Our sales representative TIM, answered all our questions, explained the step by step process from beginning to end, offered options and came to our home to view the doors once installed. 2- Installation was done on a very cold day in February. GERALD’S TEAM was professional, worked as quickly as possible, cleaned up all debris both inside and outside. Showed us how the doors worked. A small part within the stationary door was a little off… they contacted the office immediately to get it replaced. 3- Repair team SCOTT and SERGEII showed us what was done to fix the issue. We just place our second order through Tom Adams for windows. After seeing how great the install was for our top floor, we came back to do our bottom floor as well. Matt Boyce has been a pleasure to work with, and made sure we could find something that was a quality product but still fit within our budget. The windows we installed were far more affordable than other quotes we received, and the warranty is unbeatable. Highly recommend.
