I called Tom Geise Plumbing on Friday and they came the same day and fixed the problem of back up sewer pipes in a house we had recently moved into. Fast service and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a plumber!

I am beyond pleased with this company. I had three different plumbing services in my house in the past couple months to look at my drain. The first one said I would need to break into my slab foundation to fix the pipe. Second, never gave me a quote after taking pictures. Then, I called these absolute saints! They came out with different heads and worked at it for hours! They did it. They got it unclogged and even gave me advice about another plumbing issue I was having. They even offered to clean the floor when they were done working, which I was not going to make them do. They are, also, super prepared compared to other services I have interacted with in the past. Highly recommend this company. I will be using them from here on out.

Labor charges are $80x 3 hrs. During actual 2 hrs working, the plumber told me he need to go out to buy his BREAKFAST and pipes. 15 min after the job's done, the plumber drove back to my house because he forgot to turn something on/off. Charged me $55 for pipes, but the plumber took away leftover pipe with him. The woman who answer phone is impatient and impolite!

I bought a pool from Tom and Candi even though I lived 2 hours away because it was a lot less costly than in my town. A couple of hoses had leaks and we had difficulty putting everything together correctly. Not only did they help me over the phone multiple times, but they got in their car and drove 2 hours to help get the pool connections all put together correctly. They wouldn't take any pay for this. I find this to be an above and beyond customer service experience. They are good people with hearts of gold. I loved watching them work together, too! Dad and daughter team of the year! You just don't see service like this much anymore. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you!
