Yes,scheduling may present some difficulty. Call when they open at 8. Once they set a date, weeks ahead , I was prepared for failure. But they had my name and job. 3 days later the job is done. Done well. I am VERY pleased. Did I say, VERY PLEASED! Job: full basement electricity/lights.

Do not call them if you are in need of anything urgent. They will not answer or get back to you. Yesterday evening my water heater started leaking water. It flooded from the heater to the kitchen/entryway. The heater was installed by Tom & Jerry’s when the previous home owners lived here. I tried calling for help and no one answered. I recently used Lochard Inc. to insert a new water softener and iron filter system, so I gave them a call. They were there the same evening to ensure the heater was off and water was being bypassed to it correctly, and they came back early this morning and replaced my water heater with a new one. I recommend going to Lochard Inc. in Sidney for any HVAC needs.

Called June 6, 2023 to get our all house generator, which Tom and Jerry’s installed, routine serviced. Was told someone would contact me in a couple of days to set up an appointment. Nothing. Called back on June 19th to see what was up. Was told we really do not schedule things (????) because we are never quite sure what we will have each day but someone should contact me in the next couple of days. It is now 4 days later, nothing. We are going to a different company. I cannot comment on their work because well, it never happened. Not being attentive to a product they sold and installed, Big red flag to us. I hope everyone else has a much better experience. Oh, during this time they have driven by our house multiple times doing work at the house down the street?? Guess it was no

So. Dumb - ME! We've used this company for years and it wasn't until this week's service call where I had my lightbulb moment to write a review of them. DUH 🤦🏻‍♀️. While the service they provided was, as always, top-notch (read: timely, efficient, professional...), it was the above-and-beyond service provided in the beginning of 2023 that leaves me feeling completely remiss not reviewing sooner. We discovered our basement flooded two hours before we were due to leave on a scheduled (and paid for) vacation. Long-story short: Tom and Jerry's (and the water restoration company representative) encouraged us to go on our trip. T&J's took care of the sump-pump culprit coordinating with both the house-sitter and water restoration company) in our absence. THAT was both super-appreciated and comf

Had water drainage issues and Tom and Jerry’s found a collapsed sump drain line. They dug a new line and fixed my problem. They did a great job and actually left a smaller mess in my yard than I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend to others.
