Drew was FANTASTIC. My complex called him out because my water heater was not doing its job, and he was seriously the best. Super professional, kind, thorough, and he fixed everything so I can finally have hot water again (and yes, I like my showers basically lava). I’m also nosy and asked what was going on, and he took the time to explain everything without making me feel annoying or clueless. I genuinely can’t recommend Drew enough. He’s been doing this for almost a decade and it definitely shows. On top of that, he was just really pleasant to talk to, which made the whole situation way less stressful. Thank you again, Drew!!
