Dalton did amazing work for us today! Explained everything very thoroughly and got our hot water heater and water softener adjusted and running right. Also had him fix one of our hose bibs outside. Great company and service! Highly recommend!!

On November 6, 2025 Tom Shell Plumbing came to take out my old hot water heater and two old toilets and replaced them with new ones. The man that came was the same man who had been here the day before for an estimate, John Garcia. Just as he was the day before John was very courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and answered and questions I had. Then he proceeded to remove the old hot water heater and replace it with a new one. Then he replaced the old toilets and replaced them with the new ones. John was working alone and I was amazed at the way he took the old things down the steps from the second floor and brought the new things up. He did not stop working for one second until the job was complete and he made sure everything worked correctly. He then

I had an issue with a newly installed water conditioner which was resolved by Tom personally. I found Tom to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly during his service call. Tom not only corrected the problem quickly but also is making improvements to the original installation for improved operation of the water conditioner unit. Obviously, customer satisfaction is a high priority for Tom Shell Plumbing and is greatly appreciated.

** Editing the post to respond to Danielle. Danielle it was YOU that made a 5 star company go to 3 stars... YOU... you are the only thing wrong with the transaction! Technician was great. It was " the Lady" that answered the phone, that does not have a water softener. So it boiled down to YOU SHOULD have told me how much the "I will have a technician stop by to look at it FEE" the rest of the statement should have been "it is $ 189.00 to come and diagnose and if we end up repairing it, it will be waived. YOU MENTIONED nothing... I was SHOCKED...especially when nothing was wrong with it. Bottom line is, YOU did not inform me of the price. Pull up the recording and re-listen to it. you never mentioned anything. I wrote the review after they left BECAUSE you texted it to me. I did not j
