They left dust and debris all over my furniture and floor after cleaning the vents. One of the techs smelled so strongly of cigarettes that the smell lingered in my home even after he left. I was overcharged. One of the techs said he had to leave to “get something” and was gone for hours, leaving only the tech who didn’t speak English to complete the job by himself and not really able to communicate with me. Repeatedly left the door open for long amounts of time, allowing bugs into the home. Also, I’m fairly certain most of these reviews were written by people associated with the company. I won’t use this company again.

Teddy came over to service our dryer vent and was extremely honest in how easy it was to clean our vent manually without the need for services. There are plenty of services that take advantage of people, and I already know that we will stick with Teddy and Tomball Air Duct Cleaning for our air quality needs. From the phone call to book the appointment to Teddy coming out on a Sunday, I'm extremely pleased. The services were pleasant, professional, and honest, and they put the customers potential needs (saving money) first. What more do you need?
