Just had Cooper and not sure the main guy name maybe Conner/ Chris. Anyways, great experience. Highly recommend. They came up with several plan ideas and I chose the best for me at this time and they got to work. I will definitely use their services in the near future.

Sound very nice on call responding, and follow up quickly and professionally. Now get ready for the flipside of the coin. You say for example have a drain that has a small leak under a sink. This is where it goes south. You will have 3 options which are all well above 1500$ and that dosen't even cover the problem. But they want to replace your entire plumbing including the hot water heater and they give a 2 year warranty that's included in the price. I paid $70 for this experience, I normally don't post, but this was too much to pass up!!!

In short. I made an appt and they didn't show up or call. I wasted most of my day waiting on them. I called after my appt window had ended and Chris said "they will be there shortly". Two hrs later, Chris calls back and said we have to reschedule. I said NO! If you don't respect me and my time, you don't deserve the business. This is just two weeks after they did a $4000 job for me. Chris, this is on you. Don't lie to your customer...

I am not the customer, I'm a tree care contractor and they did work at one of my long time customer's houses. I was called to come and replace a Bloodgood Japanese Maple tree that Tommie's dismantled with the excavator without the customer's knowledge. This tree had been professionally and properly maintained by us for the past 10 years and was in immaculate condition. It had a net worth of $5,000.00+ and was probably planted way back when the house was built. It could have easily been transplanted with the excavator they had on site. If you have nice trees on your property, definitely ask what their plans are for working around the trees. They also cut the front concrete walkway and then placed it back when they were done and now a few months later it has settled 3" down and is a hazard.

So pleased with the work of Tommie’s plumbing! They were fast, efficient, & did an amazing job. Definitely would recommend them for all plumbing needs!
