Our A/C suddenly went out and the place we used before has become non reliable and they charge high prices and don't really fix anything. So I contacted Tommy Cool Air on a Sunday evening and they responded within an hour. Tommy was very professional and attentive. The technician CJ was stellar. He is a very polite, knowledgeable, and honest young man. Our experience was excellent and hope to continue to do business with them

Tommy himself came out quickly for an extremely thorough quote and price was great compared to other local companies we had out.
