Washer stopped draining clothes properly. I was preparing to buy a new washer but called Tommy for one last check before buying. Tommy immediately recognized the problem. He ordered the part and he was patient doing the repair. Great guy and reasonable pricing He saved me $500 and my old washer is working perfectly again. Tommy knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

Tommy's Appliance is fantastic! Tommy is experienced, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. He is super honest - he takes your concerns seriously and is very forthcoming about whether something can or can't be repaired. He repaired our dishwasher and ice-maker, and did a great job with both. We are very happy with him and the whole company!
