Tommy's Heating and Air

They did some repair work for me a couple of years ago and did a good job, so I called them to get a thermostat replaced. I called twice, about a week apart, and was told their technicians were at a training class and would call me back when someone was available. Unfortunately, no one ever returned my call.

Tommy and his men did an excellent, professional job on deciding to install my HVAC system horizontal and secured from the ceiling, because the system is located in the basement. I HIGHLY recommend them to all, especially those with unique house plans!

I had a heat pump that was 25 years old and it failed during the recent cold snap. As old as it was, I needed a new one. Tommy himself came up the same day to confirm that, turned on the emergency heat for me (it had never been hooked up) and came back a few days later and had his team install a new one. Good service and quick. Hope this one lasts 25 more years! Highly recommend.

First time customer of Tommy's Heating and Air. We are so very pleased with the service we received. Steve, the technician that came to our house was excellent. We previously found water in our crawl space, Steve found the source - a cracked condensation drip pan and was able to repair a crack. Waited a couple weeks and checked it ourself and everything was nice and dry. Steve did an excellent job we recommend them highly!

I called Tommy's on a Monday and told them that my heat quit working the receptionist scheduled me an appointment for the Tuesday(keep in mind that the temperature was about 25 degrees) she was concerned due to the fact that it was cold outside. Wait it gets better, the technician that came out to inspect the unit, he was Very Professional Courteous and Knowledgeable and we had a very nice conversation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty.
