Tom's Appliance Repair

I absolutely adore Tom and his service! He’s the kindest, politest man and I always feel safe and happy to welcome him into my home. He’s serviced 3 of my home-critical appliances and has always been totally honest about costs, what’s wrong, and offers solutions to try before investing in too many parts and unneeded repair! He’s who I always want to repair things, so grateful he’s offering his services!

Tom was very accomodating, punctual, courteous, and professional. He returned my call immediately, and came to my home on time. He was respectful to my wife and me, and he was very thorough in his work. His pricing is extremely reasonable, and he explained fully what he did. We are so glad to have discovered Tom, he is a gentleman and I recommend him without reservation.

DO NOT use this guy!!! My husband called several times regarding having our LG washer repaired. After finally receiving a return call after a week and half, he returned the call on 05/22/2023. It was agreed what part would be needed for the repair & Tom Quinn requested 1/2 of the money upfront to order a part. He said that it would take 2 days to receive the part and that he would contact him to schedule the repair. Immediately following the conversation with Tom, I sent $125.00 to him via PayPal to purchase the part. We have now been trying to contact Tom for 2 weeks and he is not responding or returning any calls. The way that he conducts business is extremely unprofessional. We are now trying to get the money refunded. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Called on a Saturday, received a call back within the hour. We discussed the situation & he gave me a knowledgeable estimate/diagnostic. He came promptly on a SUNDAY, had been correct on his diagnostic over the phone & had it fixed within the hour. All this was at an extremely reasonable price completed by a professional, respectful man. Highly recommend. *This was a washer repair*

Outstanding service, really knows his stuff. A1 beginning to end . Very prompt . Cost was exactly what he said it would be. Had our oven working in 15 minutes. The problem was exactly what he said it would be he had the parts with him . Plus he's just a plain old nice guy very polite ,I would highly recommend him to anyone.
