I just wanted to let you all know Tom just left my house. Needed my dryer repaired. Fast friendly, very reasonable price. Dry is not making anymore noises. Thank you, Tom.

I had an incredibly tough interaction with the lady who answers the phone. Brad came and worked on my washer and a couple months later it’s having the same issues. I won’t use them again because of such a negative experience with the woman, though Tom and Brad were much easier to deal with, however, there’s not a lot of other options.

Tom’s customer service was appreciated. After calling several places Tom actually returned my call and then got a serviceman over to do my gas to propane conversion. Job done and I was more than satisfied!!

5 STARS FOR BRAD! I can't say how happy I am that my husband found Tom's Appliance Service! We had a horrible experience with our Lowe's warranty provider so we reached out to Tom's and Brad came and fixed the problem. He was so professional and kind and experienced. On top of that, our appointment was scheduled for Tuesday and they had earlier availablity and proactively called to ask if we wanted to be seen sooner. They were able to fit us in today (Friday) and in no time our dryer is back in shape and we can do laundry this weekend! He checked to make sure everything was working before he left and put it back together nicely. Brad just left my house. He did an excellent job of diagnosing my old faithful Maytag. He will let me know the price for the new brake system the washer needs. I'm hoping it's not too much as I want to continue with my washing machine. Brad was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The service fee was reasonable. I am a landscape contractor, and his rate was very similar to what I charge for a service call. I would use them again.
