After first face to face meeting with Tom, communication became nonexistent. He would not return calls after repeated attempts to contact him. I highly discourage anyone from doing business here.

Thom was here to measure my cracked skylight had trouble with measurements, said he had to come back, and measure again! never showed up! or called, I had to call him. Thom put me off two weeks, said it was too hot, and he did not feel like getting on top of my roof after telling me that he would come at 6:30 in the morning while it was cool to measure. Never showed up, never called, so I called him again to find out why. No communication with him at all, finally called and told them I had gotten someone else. I would not recommend him to anyone for anything.

Tom showed me pictures of his Commercial Door work! Wow! Impressive craftsmanship, and handy work to make all of these commercial doors look and feel great. He's looking at moving into a larger space to make working on his clients projects more efficient. He doesn't have many walk in customers, but a couple of really good repeat commercial customers.

Wanted him to do some minor work on a couple doors in my house. He came and looked at them and said he would be back the following week once he got some parts. Never called, never came by. I finally called him again and he said he had been busy and would call me when he got back to the office. Once again he never called. Would have been fine if he just said he was too busy for my small job, but instead he was unreliable and led me along for no good reason.

Great service, extremely helpful. One stop shop for window glass, door glass and shower glass. Everything was ordered correctly, came in on time and delivered right to the house. Would highly recommend Tom's for all you glass needs in and around Mountain Home.
