Tom came out to my house within a day to find out why our water heater wasn't working. During his analysis he discovered that an attached timer(which we'veneverused) had tripped and cutoff power. He and his son also fixed the leaking bathroom faucet quickly and professionally. They both were very respectful and courteous, knowledgeable and professional. And their bill was reasonable.
