Good overall experience. I needed a new heat pump and furnace and these guys were fast to quote, and get out to install. The only hiccup came when they said we won't be installing the heat pump today, well nobody ever told me that! Couple phone calls later and it was all done that day. Communication could improve overall, and be mindful this is NOT a locally owned business.

Mason was on time and did a nice job explaining the new HVAC system we will be getting installed. The bid was clear and easy to understand. The price was reasonable and we look forward to having our high efficiency furnace installed by Tonna. Thank you!

This company does good work. They have the expertise and resources to help you out in time of need. I don’t know if a smaller company would cost less , but Tonna has the manpower to be there when you need help. Well organized! And they stand by their work - get it done right!
