Let me tell you about Tony and Trevor Franks. These guys are amazing, they are real people, about helping you with your heating and cooling and not just a dollar bill. They are always timely and will take care of your needs without delay. Now it’s not magic but you will think it is close to magic! Haha great guys ! I recommend them highly. You will feel like family just came to help when you need your heating and cooling needs!

Trevor Franks and his team were awesome. Company gave us a great price on replacing our duct work, installing some new lines to addition and installing new unit in our 2200 sq ft home. Super knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. The crew was extremely punctual and very respectful. I recommend them to everyone and definitely will use them for any future projects.

My experience with Tony Franks Heating and Air today was more than 5 stars. We have been having issues with our system for several months. We received estimates from two other companies and were told we needed to replace the unit completely. We were quoted $9000 and $12,000. Trevor was able to fix several parts and replace our thermostat and get both the heat and air working properly within a couple hours and for only a few hundred dollars. Our unit is 20+ years old and he was able to bring it back to life at a time it was desperately needed. Very professional, informative and kind. Definitely recommend!!

This by far is the most honest, professional AVAC company I have dealt with in my many years on this earth, and they are a few. I have used Tony Franks before on another house. The first time I got 3 estimates for a unit that had stopped working. Two of the Three told me I needed a new unit, price anywhere for 15 to 20 K. The third was Tony Franks. They went to the house , called when they got there, looked at the unit , called back 20 minuets later and told me it was up and running fine. Cost, I am not saying, but I didn't have to go to the bank. Anyone that says honesty, professionalism, courtesy don't exist any longer has never dealt with his company. These are not sales people. They look for the problem and fix it, if they can't they will be honest with you. Great job, Tony Franks!
