Sam fixed my dishwasher in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and it was extremely easy to set an appointment with him. Great communication and flexible! If I ever have any issues with my appliances in the future, this is who will be taking care of me!

“Fixed” my fridge for $200 something dollars , I let him know a week later that my fridge was still not working adequately and that it never really felt like it got fixed as it didn’t cool properly. Was left on read. Save your money

This guy disassembled my 77 year old mother in law’s oven, took the control board for repair, and never got it back to her. He has not responded to her texts and calls and has abounded the job essentially. She has not had a working oven for 11 months. Do not use this person to repair. He is a thief and has extremely poor customer service. Be careful!!

Was not reliable, did not respond to repeated attempts to contact by both myself and my warranty company. Missed 3 (!) scheduled appointments without an apology, and the one time he did come he was late. My warranty company had to remove them from the claim because not even they could get into contact with him. Details below... My oven, which is still under warranty, would not heat.
