Worst service ever, I asked Carlos to come and install an island for my kitchen, he came to installed it and one part of a drawer was missing so he said he will come back the next day to install it and also he said he will tell the granite guy to come and install the granite thing that never happened too. This was November 18 and until today he haven’t come to fix the drawer! I have called and texted him and there’s never an answer! My mistake was to pay him! MAKE A FAVOR TO YOURSELF AND PEACE OF MIND AND NEVER HIRE HIM TO DO A WORK FOR YOU!!

Please Do NOT trust these people with your home or money. They are completely unprofessional, provide poor quality work and terrible customer service. The overall experience with Carlos and Mick was regretful. They received 100% of the payment for work promised, I was forced to place a complaint to the Better Business Bureau due to it being over a month since they started work at my house and they have yet to inform me of when they will complete it, the work was only supposed to take 3 business days. The cabinets left are uneven, scratch against one another, inner toe key missing, broken panel installed. I informed them of my concerns showing videos and multiple pictures of the obvious issues they stated they would come by to fix them and didn’t show twice. After 3 days of no response they

I honestly wish I would've looked at the reviews prior to ordering because they are the most unprofessional group of people. I wish I would gone with Home Depot or someone bigger who has some sort of quality assurance. The people they sent to take the old cabinets out didn't take everything out so it had to be taken out the day of the install. They left the remainder of the cabinets that was taken out on the side of our house. Some cabinets floors have already come off of the hinges and they still haven't come to fix it. They cut plumbing pipes without permission or after you tell them to specifically not cut it, don't replace it. They broke my garbage disloyal. They don't reconnect your plumbing. They don't reconnect your microwave. Nothing! Honestly for this pence, Home Depot or Lowe

Buy from here at your own risk. Poor customer service and even worse product and workmanship. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. Delivered a pantry with a cracked door and installed a vanity drawer upside down. Crown molding was delivered that didn’t match the existing molding. Refused to make it right. Carlos or Carlucho is a scam artist.

Awesome work, they finished on the agreed time and the end details were great. Would recomend 100%
