Top Choice is replacing ~1750 windows in our condo complex. They arrived around 7:15 and promptly laid down floor protection and put plastic over all furniture. They removed and installed 13 windows in approximately 5 hours. Excellent clean up. They have an on site project manager. It was seamless quick and no mess. They had two people whose job was to keep things clean. Home run experience! We highly recommend them.

Pedro and his team worked effortlessly (at least it looked that way to me) in replacing all the windows in my condo. Their experience and expertise made the installation go smoothly without any issues. Upon completion of the job the place was immaculate. Please see my view on Top Choice. We are in a condo community and our condo building was the first building to have the new windows installed. The window installation crew was extremely professional, hard-working, and respectful. Their workmanship was excellent, and every window was installed with great attention to detail. The pile of debris from the old windows was kept as neat as possible. The install took 1 day and since we were the first building to get the new windows the crew tweaked the process. Certainly they kept everything clean and treated our home with care. We have a neighbor that was not feeling well. An older lady, they guys would check on her. I found this admirable. Top Choice installed our impact windows in our condo community last month. Everyone was professional and efficient throughout the process. They covered everything during installation, and by the end of the day you wouldn’t even know they had been here—everything was thoroughly cleaned with no dust left behind. The windows are beautiful and very easy to open. During the window installation the owner of the company was always around as you would see him driving around making sure everything was okay. He also came around to all our condos to make sure we had no issues or if we needed anything else.
