We had a lot of pitting and needed a new drain in our garage after 21 years of road salt and snow dripping off our cars. Top Coat Concrete came in and was able to repair the drain, level the floor and seal it with a beautiful epoxy covering. The whole process was timely, they did not make a mess and were so professional. I 100% recommend them if you are needing a new floor. We couldn’t be happier with their work.

We had Top Coat Concrete refinish our garage floor with the Desert Sand floor coating system. They arrived on the day and at the time that was agreed upon and said our project would take about one day. Arlin and his crew, first filled in cracks and pits in the floor. They applied a base coat, the Desert Sand flakes and then a Polyaspartic clear coat. They did complete the flooring project in one day. My wife and I are very pleased with the workmanship, appearance and results of our new garage floor. We recommend Top Coat Concrete for any residential or commercial flooring needs.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Top Coat Concrete from start to finish. First, when we requested a quote, Erbie arrived promptly and provided the necessary information about completing the repair of our old, cracked, pitted concrete garage floor and the poly aspartate coating to be installed, He provided color samples and gave us the quote for the job before leaving. Then, they were able to schedule the job in the near future, and actually moved it up two days when there was a cancellation in their schedule, which was good for us in trying to beat late fall inclement weather. The installation was completed in one long day. Our floor required extensive repairs and the replacement of the floor drain. They answered all of our questions during the day as the job progresse
