I was referred to these guys for countertops for a rental property I have. They they came over and measured everything and we decided to go with formica. They sent me an estimate which I agreed to the price and told them let's do it ( $2400 ). The week everything was supposed to be installed I hadn't heard anything and I started calling and texting. 3 days later I get an email with Corian pricing. I finally spoke to them on the phone and said that's not what I ordered and that I have it in text messages acknowledging what I ordered. So a few days later they send me an invoice for over $4,000 to do the laminate countertops ! They then said the original quote never included the back countertops even though I have it in text messages acknowledging what colors of formica on the island & back c

I used Top for soapstone countertops many years ago. They did a perfect job, from designing and fabricating a custom sopastone sink to the details of the countertop's rounded edges to installation. They came base and refreshed the countertops a few years later. Now I am back for another custom project. Communication is friendly and effeccient. Always responds to calls and has follow through.

*****UPDATE***** Received a phone call from Shane and he has made everything right. This is the exact reason why I went with a small business and not a big box store. We had a long conversation about the issues with the invoices and he agreed and apologized many times about how everything went down. He genuinely cared about my opinion and how things needed to be fixed. He definitely went above and beyond to make it right and save our relationship with his business. He is going to refund us more than what I was asking for which is amazing and I truly believe he is incredibly sincere with his apology. Thank you Shane and I wish you the best of luck in the future. Shane and his crew are great guys to work with. I walked into the shop with no idea of what I wanted for my kitchen countertops. Shane was very helpful in finding me one I loved! The crew that installed them were polite and professional. They had my old tops off and my new installed in a few hours. After waiting 13 years, my countertops are beautiful! We had Top Fabricators create a custom butcher block for our kitchen island and install soapstone counter tops on the rest of our kitchen cabinets and in our bathroom as well. They did a wonderful job! They were clean, efficient, professional and saved us a lot of money compared to a business out of Syracuse, I would highly recommend them!
