Eli and Mike were fantastic to work with. We were referred to Eli by a close friend, and he reached out to us about a month before our move, which allowed us to schedule the moving date and time well in advance. We primarily needed help with the larger items, and they handled them with care. They also wrapped some of our furniture, which we truly appreciated. The only issue we encountered was a minor miscommunication regarding the final charges. I paid the amount I was initially quoted, along with a small tip, but afterward I was informed that there had been a miscalculation and the total was higher due to additional stair charges.
