Wilson and his guys did a wonderful job on my condo! There estimate was spot on and they showed up when they said they would and knocked it out the park! They remodeled 2 bathrooms and my kitchen. I had 2 other companies give me quotes 1 never got back to me the other did not want to give me a written contract. Top GM was clear in there contract and delivered like promised! I’d highly recommend them and I’d use them again.

We had Top GM Construction install a new window in our garage. Our new house in Longs SC came without a window in the garage and the whole team at Top GM were very helpful and professional. The job turned out fantastic and we would highly recommended their services for any construction needs.

Top GM moved the peninsula in our kitchen to accommodate the new refrigerator, replaced the countertops and added back splash subway tiles. They did a Fantastic job! I first met Carol from Top GM by walking in their Little River location unannounced. She was very helpful and offered to come to my home the next morning to get eyes on the job needed and take initial measurements. From start to finish it was a fast, efficient and pleasant experience. I hope to get my other projects done by this company and highly recommend them.

This company was ideal to work with. Carol Boni was very familiar with our condo layout and she quickly set up appointments for measuring and installed by the end of the next week. The installers were very professional and great to work with. They even discovered something not done correctly and called me immediately and came same day to correct it. The only thing I had to do was select my choice of quartz and pay and they took care of the rest. Very good company to work with and I appreciate them being so quick to get it done within my time frame I planned to be here.
